The Lantern 10km is the first leg of the 2012 Irene Triple Challenge. The other legs are the Clover Milk Run 15km on 7 July and the Liquifruit 21km on 10 November. Entrants for the Triple Challenge, who complete all three races in 2012, will receive a high quality T-shirt and a special shield to fit all three medals. Enjoy an evening in the country. The safe farm atmosphere of the Irene ARC Campus will melt away all stress.  The lantern-lit route is the "only true blue romantic run" as quoted from Tom Cottrell's Runners Guide. The best supported 10 km night race in SA over the past seven years, having almost 4000 runners. Make sure you don't miss out on this unique experience. Everyone, fit or non-fit are welcome to participate on this wonderful evening.
